JUNE 2018 - In July, the Town presented the image below of the Beach Site Plan Phase 1, which includes the construction of a new bath house building.
Now that the house has been moved from the beach property, cleanup is scheduled to begin immediately. An draft of the initial conceptual drawing of the future bath house is pictured below.
SEH, the consultants hired to develop the Town Beach Project, are finalizing the design of the bath house to reflect additional options gathered from discussions and public input at recent Town Board meetings. These options will be presented at the Regular Town Board Meeting in July, after which one or more designs will be presented at a Special Meeting of Electors and put to a vote on Monday, July 9, 2018. The meeting will take place at 7 p.m. in the Gibraltar High School gym. Please plan on attending to view the designs, share your input and vote.
